February 15th marks the re-entry Deadline for Continuing Groundwater Guardian Communities and Affiliates.Renewing Groundwater Guardian Communities and Affiliates seeking designation for 2009 need to submit the following three forms by February 15:
1. Team List
2. Annual Entry Form
3. Result Oriented Activity/Service Plan(s)
All forms are available for free online at http://www.groundwater.org/gg/gg.html. Note: New communities may enter the program at any time by completing the same three forms.
