Water-Wise Wednesdays with Frannie the Fish is a new, weekly blog post on the Girl Scouts - Let's Keep It Clean blog. In these weekly posts, Frannie, the Let's Keep It Clean mascot and lovable orange fish, shares her knowledge about groundwater conservation and protection as well as any fun activities she is doing that week. This week, Frannie shared how upcycling is a great way to conserve our precious groundwater resources and make unique 4th of July decorations!
